uzwei – Rebranding

Sitting on the 2nd floor of the Dortmunder U, uzwei could best be described as an experimental digital/analog playground and as a room for diversity and creativity.
Uzwei is hosting workshops and exhibitions that are primarily targeted at kids and teenagers. 

In 2021 I was asked to rebrand their identity, working on the typography, color and overall design. To create a modern connection between analog and digital, two main colors were chosen and paired with scribbles, hand-drawn elements and technical typography.

The uzwei-Logo was drawn and conceived by Marc Kemper.
The typography used in this project is Space Grotesk and Space Mono by Florian Karsten and Colophon Foundry.
